Important Dates
Your current Visa Debit will remain active, and you should continue using it through April 16th. Your new CapEd Debit Mastercard will not work before April 17th.
Beginning on April 17th, activate your new CapEd Debit Mastercard® to continue making uninterrupted purchases.
Make sure to update your new Mastercard information for automatic withdrawals, payment methods, shopping and travel apps, and digital wallets.

First, you should receive a letter or email from CapEd notifying you that your new CapEd Debit Mastercard® will replace your current CapEd Visa Debit.
Next, you'll receive your new CapEd Debit Mastercard® in the mail. Do not activate or use until April 17th.
It is crucial to ensure your contact information, like your mailing address, is current. Learn how to update your mailing address here.
