An Inside Look

CapEd's South Nampa branch, constructed in 2016, is actually what CapEd calls a Member Convenience Center or MCC. It was our second branch built in what we call the "MCC" style.

The Member Convenience Center is built for just that— member convenience! It features an interactive internal layout and facilitates everything from a full-service to self-service banking experience. Learn more about the MCC difference on our blog.

What Our Members Are Saying

The following is a list of some of CapEd's top member questions with answers to help you meet your needs faster:

If you prefer not to visit a branch location, we have many alternative way to bank online and by phone! We also have many free Co-op ATMs for CapEd members in the Treasure and Magic Valleys in addition to those at our branch locations.

Credit Unions have joined together and created "shared" branches. This means you can go into any credit union participating in shared branching and access some of the same features you'd be able to access as if it were your credit union... Read more about shared branching. CapEd offers shared branching at the following locations: McMillan, Parkcenter, Thunderbolt, Eagle, Kuna, Marketplace, and Cleveland.

A Notary Public is an official appointed by the state government to help people avoid fraud when signing important documents like mortgage loans. Understandably, a lot of people outside of the banking or business industries don't know what Notary Public means. Learn more from the experts on the National Notary Association website.
