Lock & Locate™
Whether you're buying an existing home or looking to build a new home, CapEd has a great program to help give you time and get you started.
CapEd members can lock a mortgage loan at our current inhouse pricing for up to 90 days while shopping for a home. Members who are building a home can lock for 90 days at our current inhouse pricing, or up to 180 days with a 0.25% bump in rate. CapEd's Lock & Locate program also allows a free one-time "float down" option if rates drop. Let us help you finance your perfect home!
